Question 1

What is included in the Monthly Reset Box?

Accepted Answer

Each Monthly Reset Box contains a thoughtfully curated collection of self-care treats chosen around that month's theme. This month includes an Arthur Betsy bath soak, scented tea lights, cosy striped socks, a satin sleep mask, satin scrunchie, pearlescent hair claw clip and mini dried flower bouquet.

Question 2

Can I buy a box without subscribing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A one-time box is £24.95 and arrives as a single delivery, with no ongoing commitment.

Question 3

How does the subscription work?

Accepted Answer

A monthly subscription is £22.95 per month, managed securely through Shopify. You're charged monthly and each new themed box is sent to you as it launches.

Question 4

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. You can pause for a month or cancel altogether from your account — no emails, no explanation needed.

Question 5

When will my box be shipped?

Accepted Answer

One-time boxes are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Subscription boxes are dispatched together at the start of each month.

Question 6

Do I pay delivery separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes — delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you only ever pay the true postage cost.

Question 7

Are the products the same every month?

Accepted Answer

No. Every month is a new reset with a new theme and a new selection of pieces.

Question 8

Will every box include bath products?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Some months lean towards rest and sleep, others towards journaling, skin or slow mornings.

Question 9

Is this a gift subscription?

Accepted Answer

It can be. Many people subscribe for themselves, and just as many send it to someone who needs a pause.

Question 10

Can I send a one-time box as a gift?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Choose the one-time box and enter their address at checkout — everything arrives beautifully presented.
