How we look after your information

We collect only what we need to send you your box and keep your subscription running.

What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email address and order history. Payment details are handled entirely by our payment providers through Shopify — we never see or store your card information.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, manage your subscription, provide customer support, and — only if you've opted in — send you occasional emails about new boxes and journal posts.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: our ecommerce and payments platform, and our delivery partners. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
